<p>Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:</p>
<p>15 pound OH Squat, 30 Reps<br />
35 pound OH Squat, 30 Reps<br />
55 pound OH Squat, 30 Reps<br />
75 Pound OH Squat, 30 Reps<br />
90 Pound OH Squat, as many rounds as possible<br />
Men’s<br />
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:</p>
<p>35 pound OH Squat, 30 Reps<br />
45 pound OH Squat, 30 Reps<br />
75 pound OH Squat, 30 Reps<br />
100 Pound OH Squat, 30 Reps<br />
120 Pound OH Squat, as many rounds as possible<br />
Athletes will be partnered up. One partner will complete the WOD while the other is judging. Form will be strictly enforced.</p>
<p>An athlete may not progress in weight or reps if they cannot demonstrate proper form!</p>
<p>Made it to 105 reps<br />
Goal is to get 121</p>
