Time for a benchmark. Had to put some accountability into my training.

500m Row
40 air squats
30 ab mat sit ups
20 push ups
10 pull ups

For time -

Repeat in 30 days…

While one person runs 200m the other 2 deadlift.

Rotate 200m run

Continue until 24,000 pounds has been lifted.
