Trouble with Tabata

Haven’t had a real workout for some time…thought I’d give it a go.

Tabata 20 On 10 Off
8 Sets each

Swings
Double Kettlebell Presses
Ring Rows
Bicycles
Planks

The Ring Rows started with 10 reps then declined to just holding myself in a half way position. Even that was tough!
