It time to change the format of my workouts. I believe that one should never stay on the same path for too long.
I’ve tried to keep my workouts on the shorter side. Training with kettlebells makes it easier to shorten your workout times without losing any strength or endurance. That’s the beauty of this whole kettlebell thing, “Twice the workout in Half the Time”..if you read the kettlebell study.
However, you have to change it up, just for the sake of change. Never let the body get too comfortable, so throw it for a loop. New exercises in an different formats. This one is similar to the workouts I get at The Kettlebell Club. Longer with a nice variety of exercises.
Here it is:
50 Swings 24 Kg
50 Russian Twists
50 Good Mornings 24 Kg
50 High Pulls 25R/25L 24 Kg
50 Dean Cleans 25R/25L 24 Kg
50 Renegade Rows 25R/25L 16 Kg
50 Leg Raises ( A new version I ran Across on the web)
50 Suitcase Deadlifts 25R/25L
50 Snatches 25R/25L 24 Kg
50 Alternating Swings 24 Kg
45 Minutes +
A long slow grind – The 50 Snatches were tough, but those leg raises were the hardest!
