Today he disected the Press and the Clean & Press.
Points:
Breath- The most important aspect, too big a concept to write here…
Practice with Intent- Work every bell like it’s the heaviest bell
Irradiation- Create Tension
Alignment- Bell in line with foot, hip, elbow, hand
Root- Through the heals, push through your feet and the bell go up.
Eyes- The bell will go to where your eyes are pointed
Followed up with a simple workout…
Then killed us with 4 minutes of ab work.
