100 1 Arm Swings 100 R/100L

100 Kettlebell Push Ups

100 Double Kettlebell Suitcase Deadlift

100 Slam Balls

A slow grind with this one.  Changed it 3 times on the fly. I kept postponing the Slam Ball portion of it, even deleting it at one point. Only to throw it back on at the end…for the ultimate finisher.

Took me longer than it should have, but it was still a decent piece of work.
