Got myself back into Cross fit style workouts. I needed a change and this crossfit stuff is a lot of fun. Very challenging & competitive yet, supportive at the same time.
Here is today’s – I interpreted this workout wrong and ended up doing way to many reps.
Row 1000 Meters (I subbed Stationary Bike for This)
75 Push Ups
76 1 Arm Snatches R/L
76 Walking Lunges
75 Kettlebell Lying Presses
