I recently spent a few days in our local Hospital with symptoms ranging from Memory Loss to the feeling as though I was walking around in a cloud.
After talking to my wife, a neighbor came over to check on me. She immediately drove me to the hospital where the Doctors ran every test they could think of. Cat Scan, MRI, Blood Screen etc. All were inconclusive. They told me I was within the norm.
They never asked me about my diet. They never asked me what type of foods, snacks or drinks I consume. I had been using a Protein Shake product for the last few years.
A friend of the family came over and looked at the ingredients – The first thing she said was “Aspartame”.
She said stay away from Apartame, it’s a synthetic sweetener used in diet soft drinks, protein shakes and other products.
