I’ve trained with some pretty impressive RKC’s the last few years – RKC Ron Morris, RKC Jay Armstrong and RKC David Cogswell – and I bring the same kind of education, dedication and committment to my kettlebell classes as my teachers.
What goes around comes around. I presently teach in the NW Houston area in Cypress. Don’t mess around. Get an RKC to do it right the first time. Its all about the FORM! Kettlebells for the body, the mind and the spirit!
