The sit ups were the issue here.
* Crossfit style swings are not what I usually do or recommend to others but if you have good form on the basic swing, I don’t see any harm in it. The key is that you still pinch your glutes and root through your heels.
Next time I just might grab the 40 Kg instead and do regular swings!
