Another Crossfit workout. I’m having issues with creativity and motivation so it works when I follow Crossfit Champions WOD’s. Of course I modify them to incorporate my love of the kettlebell, but I like the format.

9 Hip Thrusters Double 16’s (I loaned out one of my 20’s)

9 Ring Pull Ups

15 Hip Thrusters

15 Ring Pull Ups

Bike 1:00

21 Hip Thrusters

21 Ring Pull Up’s

For Time –

Mine 15:10  * Had to do jumping pull ups 1/2 way through cause I’m not good at the pull ups yet.

Finished it off with a series of Plank variations…
