I was ready to do the “Filthy Fifty” at Crossfit today but they put me at Level I. I guess they didn’t want to scare me away. I only had to do 30 reps of each…
But if your already doing 30, 50 is not that far away! Unless your doing Burpees that is. Burpees are murder as a stand alone exercise but when you combine them with 9 other ones if pure madness.

Jumping Pull Ups
Kettlebell Swings
Walking Lunges
Knees to Elbows
Push Press
GHP Hip Extensions
Wall Ball Shots
Burpees
Double Unders or Single Jump Rope
