WOD 4-6-10

Attempting to blend my love of the kettlebell with the local Crossfit group, Crossfit Champions. They have a great following and when I lose my inspiration or enthusiasm, or get lazy, I just go to one of their classes. You can’t be lazy or uninspired when you have people kicking ass all around you.

It’s great because you go there, they tell you what to do, then you do it. It’s that simple…

22 Walking Lunges

2 Ab Mat Sit Ups

20 Walking Lunges

4 Ab mat Sit Ups

Etc

2 Walking Lunges

22 Ab Mat Sit Ups

For Time –

I was supposed to do Level II and start at 26 Walking Lunges and 2 Ab Mat sit ups. I did but 1/2 way through I got tired and confused and used the 22/2 format. When I get tired I can’t use my brain…
