Ode to Maxwell…

Just intalled a pull up bar in my garage. The Pull Up I consider to be my memesis. I know I can complete 1 good rep…That’s 1 good rep.

The pull up is something that I could never do, so you know what? I never did it.

2010 is the year that I face my faults or shortcomings (except Burpees!)

3:00 Stationary Bike

30 Kettlebell Swings

30 Squats

30 Wall Balls

30 Clean & Press

30 Sit Ups

30 Snatches

30 Lunges

30 Pull Ups  – I did 5 then I switched to jumping Pull Ups..

30 Slam Balls

For Time –

I did it in 22:23. The Clean & Presses took me longer than I expected and I rested because I was doing this alone. My crossfit experience has conditioned me to complete my workouts quickly, but when I’m by myself, I tend to rest a little.

Now about the crossfit style of workouts. Wait, this is getting off track…another post!
