Love this one – simple, no thought needed, just start snatching and 20:00 later your done. My hands were a bit beat up, but it was because I haven’t snatched enough. I think if your gonna touch a kettlebell you should do heavy one arm swings or snatches.
I don’t do enough kettlebells…
But there is so much out there!
