Crossfit WOD 5-14-10

Bench Press 5-5-5 (60% to 80% of your Max 1 Rep)

I used 135 Lbs. (Cause I suck at the Bench Press)

Bent Over Row 5-5-5

I Used 135 Lbs

Followed by:

75 Thrusters with 25 Lbs DB ‘s

For Time: Mine 4:13

Should Have Used 35’s, but my time would have been brutal.
