Crossfit WOD “Murph”

This was a Jumping “Murph”. Instead of a Run at the start and finish of the workout, we jump roped.

Level 3

500 Jump Rope

100 Pull Ups

200 Push Ups

300 Squats

500 Jump ropes

I’m only level 2 so here is my scaled version:

375 Jump Rope

75 Pull Ups

150 Push Ups

225 Squats

375 Jump Ropes

For Time:

Mine was 36:20

I got smoked by a lot of the crossfitters but it is what it is.

I’m happy with my effort…
