Pairs…

A paired workout today. Two people complete the following.

150 Duouble Unders (Jump Ropes)

150 Walking Lunges

100 Burpees

100 Ab Mat Sit Ups

For Time:

My double unders were the reason we needed 17 Minutes to complete this.  I could do one double under at a time, but I completed 70 of them and that is 65 more than I’ve EVER done.

So that’s progress and that’s is what this is really all about!
