Injuries.
Everyone gets them. Well most people anyways. I get them, I have them and I work through them. You can get injured laying on the couch watching TV, so with fitness training you shouldn’t be surprised to get some.
But that’s not good!
If I injure myself training and can’t train for a few days or even a few weeks…that’s pretty stupid!
Pavel always stressed that you should leave something in the tank, that you should actually feel fresh when your done with a workout. I understand this concept but I still get caught in other people’s training beliefs and push it pretty hard.
When do you say “I should stop now”?
You gotta figure that out for yourself. Know your body, listen to it & make good decisions. Here is a link to a great article on this very subject.
