Men 24 Kg or 20 Kg

Women 16 Kg or 12 Kg

    I did this today. Picked a 20 Kg so I would have a chance to finish within the 30 minute time frame.
    Didn’t make it.
    Only made it through 4 sets in the 30 minutes.
