I returned to Minnesota for my annual 4th of July Extravaganza. How many things can you fit in 5 days. I did a lot and saw many of my old friends…it was great!

I was able to get to a couple kettlebell classes, RKC style. The first was at N.E. Kettlebells with Michale Rendle RKC II.

He likes doubles..

45 Minutes of double kettlebell work. No funny business, nothing fancy. Just pick up 2 kettlebells, don’t be “brave”, and put them back when we’re done.
