This was a great workout. One of my favorites so far. It’s not so much about strength as it is endurance. I was placed in the Modified group because I’ve never done this one before. It was fine with me because when I was finished I was gassed.
I tried to stop each movement about 10 seconds early to bet some breath for the next movement. Didn’t help at all, should have just kept getting the reps.
