Today’s Kettlebell/Body Weight WOD

Just One Kettlebell…

1-10 Reps then 10-1

Alternate between 2 movements:

  • Kettlebell Snatch or One Hand Swings
  • Burpee

On the burpee chest must hit the floor and then the hands must come off the ground before performing the push up!
