The Jump Rope is really for Double Unders. Cant do these so I only get to count 1/3 of my jump rope total
Jump Rope for 2 Minutes
Sit-ups for 2 Minutes
Jump Rope for 90 Seconds
Sit Ups for 90 Seconds
Jump Rope for 60 Seconds
Sit Ups for 60 Seconds
Jump Rope for 30 Seconds
Sit Ups for 30 Seconds
Total Reps: I forgot but it was around 660 total for the jump rope (Well 1/3 of that) and 125 sit ups?
