Today’s effort was an eye opener. I’ve been doing a lot of crossfit the last few months, it’s been great! I feel like I’m in good shape, but how come when I pick up the 24Kg it feels really heavy?
Today the 24Kg was very heavy. I figured I could do 10 sets of this, but after 5 I knew there was no way. The ring dips sapped my energy and the 24kg was the finisher.
Good workout though!
