Today’s Kettlebell Practice “300”

A simple 300 format. It was more of a practice day but it usually turns into quite a nice workout.

Needed work on one handed swings & presses…

Joint Mobility-

100 One Handed Swings – Alt every 10 reps

50 Two Hand Swings

50 Military Presses (25 a Side)

50 Ring Rows

50 Mt.Climbers
