I left all my kettlebells at the Crossfit “Box” and this would be an excuse to take the day off, but I just got a new weighted jump rope…
So I have to give it a try.
Today’s Body Weight Workout –
5 Rounds of:
- 100 Jump Ropes
- 5 Dead Hand Pull Ups
- 25 V-Sits or Ab Mat Sit Ups or Bicycles
- 10 Ring Dips
Arms are tired!
Good tired though….
