Today’s Garage Effort –
Cool weather is finally here in Houston and its a perfect time to get in the garage and toss some kettlebells around. This workout is kind of a repeat from a few days ago. I was supposed to do that workout in the “On the 2:00 Mark” format but after 5:00 I was gassed and converted to AMRAP.
I granted myself a do over.
Joint Mobility then a short kettlebell and body weight warm up.
20 Swings
10 Push Ups
10 Sit Ups
5/5 Presses
10 Squats
5 Pull Ups
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
10/10 Snatches
On the 2:00 mark complete:
3-5 Dead Hang Pull Ups (No Kipping)
Snatches 5/5
15 Two Handed Swings
For 20:00
