If you need to improve your pull ups and don’t like the kipping style you need to concentrate on the dead hang style of pull up. Palms facing out!

One way I know how to get better at a dead hang pull up is to make it harder. So add weight.

Starting out at 15lbs. If 15lbs is too light, go to 25 lbs, then to 35 lbs, then…and so on.

Weighted Pull Ups – 15lb.-35lb

2 pull ups On the 1:00 mark for 20:00
