Crossfit Champions WOD

Five rounds for time:

15 Hang Squat Cleans (m:135lb,f:95lb)
30 Push-ups

I did level 1 today. Only 95lb for the squat cleans so I could work on my technique, as they say…

I’m trying to implement a Heavy, Medium & Light format as prescribed by Pavel and the RKC, in my crossfit workouts. If I go heavy all the time it seems like I’m struggling too much.

Some days you want an easier workout so you can focus on the movement itself. Today was one of those days.
