Today’s Crossfit WOD

Today was Dead Hang Pull up Skill work.

Weighted Pull Ups

1-1-1-1-1-1

I started at 35lbs and then 45lbs, 50 lbs, 60 lbs, 60 lbs (failed) & 45 Lbs.

Missed the  3 rounds of:

50 Walking Lunges

50 Ab Mat Situps

 

But I ran a kettlebell classes afterwards, so I did get my work in.
