I went to class even after looking on-line at the Workout of the Day. This took courage and it’s exactly what I needed. I’ve scaled too many WOD’s due to my inability to Kip my pull ups.
So I’ve done jumping pull ups. These haven’t really helped my kipping pull ups at because I still suck at…kipping pull ups.

- 25 Squats
- 25 Push Ups
- 25 Pull Ups
- 25 Sit Ups
- 50 Squats
- 50 Push Ups
- 50 Pull Ups
- 50 Sit Ups
- 75 Squats
- 75 Push Ups
- 75 Pull Ups
- 75 Sit Ups
For Time – with a 45:00 Cap
I did level 3 with no mods and I finished, but after the 45:00 mark.
AND I kipped every single pull ups! A record by far.
The odd thing was that I got better at the kipping pull ups on rep number 40 something, when I was tired and beat. I figured I was so tired I better find an easier way to do this, and I did!
