Today at Crossfit

On Today’s WOD I was supposed to go heavy. Olympic snatches with a squat are hard for me due to my knees issues.  135 Lbs was prescribed. I did 75 lbs and worked on my technique.

AMRAP in 15 Minutes

  • 3 Snatches
  • 6 Toes to Bar
  • 9 Box Jumps

I finished 10 Rounds with 3 Snacthes
