Warm Up/Joint Mobility

  • 40 Swing Transfers ( 2 Hand ,1 Hand R, 2 Hand, 1 Hand L etc)
  • 40 Snatches (20/20)
  • 40 Dead Clean Thrusters (20/20)
  • 40 Med Ball Sit Ups
  • 40 Push Ups
  • 40 Ring Dips (w/Knees to Chest)
  • 40 Ring Rows
  • 40 Swing Transfers
