Today at Crossfit

Good Monday,

Looking forward to a good week of exercise, amd to start it off right…is a nice body weight WOD.

Warm Up

  • Joint Mobility
  • 500m Row

2 Rounds of:

  • 10 asymetrical push ups
  • 10 med ball sit ups
  • 5/5 pistols (Assited for me)

WOD

15,12,9,6,3 of

  • Ring Dips
  • Rows
  • Box Jumps

Then

300 Jump Ropes

For Time:

10.27 was mine but I had to use a 16 in box and my ring dips were slightly jumping ring dips. I used a slight push off…
