Today at Crossfit

It was the Ledbetters anniversary today and to celebrate this occasion they make a special WOD for us. It was a theme base workout with the number 36 at it’s center.

Fortunately, it was not the number 63!

  1. Awesome workout! This is no joke. What a way to start your Friday off with a bang. Surely beats the beach body “bi’s and tri’s” workout that most guys will be doing today.
