So I named a workout.

At least it got me back in the garage!

  • 100 Weighted Jump Ropes
  • 100 Kettlebell Swings – No Rest
  • 100 Goblet Squats
  • 100 Slam Balls
  • 100 Weighted Jump Ropes

For Time:

Men 24Kg-32Kg

Women 12Kg-20Kg
