It’s been a while and about 5 minutes into today’s WOD, I thought I was gonna quit. Didn’t though!
Warm Up
Skill Work – Hand Stands
5 rounds for time:
Run 200m
5 Deadlifts (m:225lb,f:155lb)
10 DB Hang Cleans (m:35s,f:25s)
15 Hand Raise Push-ups (hands come off ground at bottom of push-up)
