50 Rep Challenge

50 Reps of a variety of exercises and the challenge was to just do it. It’s been hard to motivate here at the house.

  • 100 Single Under Jump Ropes
  • 50 Two Handed Swings
  • 50 Wall Balls
  • 50 Med Ball Sit Ups
  • 50 Deadlifts
  • 50 Drop Squats
  • 50 Shoot Throughs (Paralettes)
  • 50 Clean, Squat, Thrusts
  • 50 Two Handed Swings
  • 100 SU Jump Ropes
