Today’s Crossfit WOD @ Home

Not enough time in the day for me, but that is no excuse. You gotta make time.

I created 20 minutes to do this Crossfit Champions WOD

AMRAP in 20:00 of:

  • 25 Double Under or 75 Single Unders
  • 15 Thrusters (55-65Lbs)

I made 7 rounds plus 75 SU’s…

Not proud but I’m happy that I did something. My training has been iffy for a couple of weeks.
