I created 20 minutes to do this Crossfit Champions WOD
AMRAP in 20:00 of:
- 25 Double Under or 75 Single Unders
- 15 Thrusters (55-65Lbs)
I made 7 rounds plus 75 SU’s…
Not proud but I’m happy that I did something. My training has been iffy for a couple of weeks.
