Today’s Kettlebell & Body Weight Workout

Simple is always good!

Sometimes I over think. Design a workout that hits all areas of the body using 14 different tools and 14 different body positions and 14 different counting or rep schemes, or something to that effect.

Its fun and challenging to do that, but nothing beats a basic kettlebell and body weight workout like this.

5:00  to 10:00 Joint Mobility and Warm Up –

10 Rounds of:  (Go as Heavy as you can)

  • 10 American Kettlebell Swings
  • 5/5 Military Press
  • 10 Ring Rows

Nothing fancy here. The heavier you go, the better it is. If you use a 32 Kg or above just do the russian style swing.
