I’ve been neglecting my training due to my work schedule so I thought it a good time to find out how my conditioning and drive match up against a simple metabolic conditioning work out.
AMRAP in 25:00 of:
- 20 Kipping Pull Ups
- 20 Slam Balls
- 20 Kettlebell Swings
- 20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
- 20 Shoot throughs (Paralettes)
3 Rounds is all.
But I was happy with this. Why be upset when you just trained for 25:00 and enjoyed the challenge even though you may have not pushed 100%.
Too much time away can do that. However, what I do is better than about 80-90% of everybody else!
