Weak Links.
Everybody’s got them. I know I do, and I avoid them far too often.
One of the best total body exercises in the Turkish Get Up. I don’t do these too much because they are difficult for me when you go from the lunge position the the standing position.
They are difficult so I avoid them – This kind of thinking is one of my weakest links.

Reverse Turkish Get Ups
- 1- One Arm Swing R
- 1 Snatch R
- Reverse Get Up R
- 1-One Arm Swing L
- 1 Snatch L
- 1 Reverse Get Up L
Repeat for 20:00
