I started out today with the intent to do a nice 4 round interval training workout. About 1 minute into it I knew that the focus and timing were not there.
Switched to a basic format. If you are not that into a workout or exercise, just stop. I never is a good idea to do something half ass!
This is my current favorite workout – 10 rounds 3 exercises. Simple yet effective.
10 Rounds of:
- 15 Kettlebell Swings – (Heavy)
- 5/5 Military Press
- 5 Kipping or Jumping Pull Ups
Just right!
