Post Holiday Clean Up

Its time to clean up the mess that I’ve made of myself in 2010.

What happened to me?

I was going about my training the way I thought I should go and I ended up the year with poor training habits and a few nagging injuries.

Everybody gets injured now and then but it seems I get little injuries more than I should. I have a torn labrum in my left shoulder (Landed on it practicing Handstands) a nasty case of Golfers Elbow ( I’ve had for a month or two) and a pathetic feeling of a body that is not working as one unit.

Time to make a plan.

Here it is –

  1. Keep it simple, keep it consistant.
  2. A solid warmup.
  3. Drink more water, less coke!!!!
