Today’s CFC workout 1-25-11

Push Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

 Then after a short rest,

 5 rounds of:

  •  1 Clean and
  • Jerk (50% 1RM) (each round add 1 clean and jerk)
  • 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Ab Mat Sit-

My time was not good. 9:57 AND I could only get 155 lbs over head. Elbow is not 100% but lower body thrust was the issue. Not my best move…

Ab Mats always slow me down!
