Today at Crossfit 1-11

For time, 21-15-9 of: Row (calories) Deadlifts (50% of 1RM) Lateral Burpees (no clap overhead, must jump laterally over a parallette)

This one was difficult due to the laterall burpees. Ended up just stepping over the paralette. Not a good movement for a bum knee.
