200 m Farmers Walk
- 5 Kettlebell Burpees
- 10 Swings
- 20 Snatches
3-5 Rounds
The farmers walks were a killer. We used 2 55 lb bells and did not make it all the way without setting the bells down. The walks added a good movement into a normally stationary kettlebell format.
Will definately add more walks, rack walks and overhead walks into workouts!
