Standard Warm Up –
WOD
For max reps:
- 2 min Wall Ball Shots (m:20lb,f:14lb)
- 2 min KB Swings (m:60lb,f:40lb)
- 2 min Deadlifts (95 lbs)
- 2 min Jump rope Rest 2 min.
- Repeat
- Score is total reps. Athletes can start at any station but have to progress through stations in this order.
I failed at the Jump ropes. Could only get to 100 and 133 rope skips. I’m used to the weighted rope and when I went back to a regular rope could not get a rythym…
Got beat by Patrick but it was beacuse of the rope!
