I couldn’t get to Crossfit today so I modified the WOD to a kettlebell format.
Stationary Bike 6 Minutes then:
21/15/9 of:
- Double Kettlebell Snatches
- Slam Ball
- Knees to elbows
The one was harder than it looks. Snatches then slam ball is a lethal combination, then knees to elbows is the knockout. I’m glad it over!!!
